Tom is a Director and has been with the firm since 1990. Tom focuses his practice in the areas of accounting and business assurance, and controllership services. He works with privately-owned, closely-held businesses, operating within several industry sectors including financial, private-equity, venture capital, professional services, construction, manufacturing and distribution, agricultural, tax exempt organizations and foundations, and grantor and complex trusts.

Tom is responsible for managing and servicing several of the firm’s largest controllership services engagements and providing family office services, including managing a wide variety of business transactions and performing tax and financial planning. Current clients include high net worth families and private equity and venture capital funds operating in New York, Connecticut, California, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.

Tom’s work in the firm’s business assurance practice area includes responsibilities for the oversight and performance of reviews and compilations, primarily of historical financial statements.

Tom is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated with general university honors from LaSalle University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting.

In the community, Tom served on the Board of Directors of CONTACT of Burlington County, Inc. where he was a member of the Finance Committee and served as Treasurer (2000-2004).
