Susan is a director of Zook Dinon PA with a practice focus of private equity fund consulting and administration services. She specializes in the administration of Small Business Investment Companies (SBICs) and related SBA rules and regulations. These responsibilities include, among other services offered, SBA reporting requirements, assistance with SBA examinations, and management reporting services. Susan also has extensive experience and knowledge of U.S. GAAP reporting requirements.

Other public accounting experience includes management of assurance engagements including audits, reviews and compilations of privately held businesses and employee benefit plans. In addition, Susan regularly provides controllership services including general accounting consultation and financial statement preparation.

Susan is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania and is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and a number of state societies. Susan earned a BS in accounting, maxima cum laude, from LaSalle University. She was recognized by the LaSalle University School of Business in 2016 for her outstanding achievement in the accounting profession.
