Steve is the managing director of tax services at Zook Dinon PA, having been with the firm since 1989.  In this role, he is responsible for tax compliance, research and planning for the firm.  Steve focuses his practice on closely held businesses entities, which includes C corporations and all pass-through entities, and high-income and high net-worth individuals.

In the course of providing such services, Steve manages a diversified client base with the overall goal of tax mitigation for closely held businesses and their owners.  His wide-ranging industry experience includes financial and professional services, manufacturing, and distribution.  In addition, Steve services private equity firms, which includes investment partnerships, tax structuring of those partnerships, and the complexities associated with tax accounting for partnerships.

Steve is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  He holds a Master of Science degree in taxation from Widener University and an undergraduate degree in accounting from La Salle University.

In the community, Steve serves as the Finance Council Chairman for the St. Albert the Great Parish in Huntingdon Valley, PA.
