James is a Manager at Zook Dinon PA and has joined the firm in 2021.   He has a practice focus of private equity fund administration services and financial statement preparation. Inclusive of services are administration of Small Business Investment Companies (SBICs) and related SBA regulatory reporting.

James is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania and is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. James earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, cum laude, from Saint Francis University, PA in 1997.
