Amanda is a principal of fund administration, having joined the firm in 2008. She specializes in private equity fund administration, management reporting, and financial statement preparation. Within the context of SBIC fund administration, she has extensive experience in providing accounting services, regulatory assistance (including Forms 468, 1031, 1031A, capital certificates, leverage commitments and draw requests), external audit and tax assistance, and management reporting services. As a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Amanda also provides IT support for the firm.
Prior public accounting experience includes preparation of compilations, reviews and audits for clients across several industries, including mortgage banking, information technology, and manufacturing. Amanda also manages several employee benefit plan audits for the firm.
Amanda is currently pursuing her license as a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. Amanda graduated cum laude from Rowan University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
