Pedro is a manager at Zook Dinon PA, having joined the firm in 2018. Pedro assists the Fund Administration group with private equity fund administration services, management reporting, and financial statement preparation. Inclusive of services, Pedro assists the Fund Administration group with SBIC (Small Business Investment Companies) fund administration services which includes accounting services, regulatory assistance (Form 468, 1031, 1031A, capital certificates, leverage commitments and draw requests), and management reporting services. Pedro also examines regulatory SBIC exams for the SBA.

Pedro is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated from Kean University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He received a Master of Business Administration Degree from Monmouth University in 2016.
